Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high-quality parking systems. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and maximizing production output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the entire production schedule, ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Oversee production operations, including material handling, assembly, testing, and quality control.
• Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Monitor production performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and sales.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• 5-8 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using production planning and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
